Chris Pine & In-N-Out....YUMMY!!!!!

Okay, so I got a "hall pass" last Friday. Simply put, I had the day off from work, and the kids had summer camp. Whoo hoo! I know there is some super mom out there saying, "Well that's the time to spend some time bonding with your kids." NOOO!!! Friday was all about ME! All that "Tuck and roll!" training worked out well when I slowed down to 40 mph and pushed my kids out of the car at summer camp. I treated myself to In-N-Out Burger and Chris Pine in Star Trek. YUMMY...on both counts! Sorry Leonardo DiCaprio, I think Chris cute too.

I thank God for my kids!

My kids are so close with one another. I love watching them with each other. God has truly blessed me with such wonderful children. Of course they have their moments, but you should see how down in the dumps they get when one of them spends time away from the family.

Drama, drama, drama...

Only one word can describe my six year-old daughter Alexis....EXTRA. For a baby that never uttered a sound until she was 8 months old, she sure as heck is making up for it now. Alexis' mouth moves a mile a minute and she's got a hundred million friends. Just once I'd like to pick my daughter up from after school care without her getting a flurry of hugs and kisses accompanied by "Bye Alexis!", "Can Alexis have a playdate with me!", "Alexis, call me on my cell phone!" And that's just from the 5th graders.... *Insert a sigh and an eyeroll here*

One heck of an actress!

Olyvia can go from 0 to 60 in .0021 seconds. One minute she's crying, and the next she's telling a joke. One thing is for sure, there is never a dull moment....or a dog without a belly rub, whenever she's around!

Alexander and flag football

Alexander told me that recently that he wants to play "real" football....meaning my baby wants to get pummeled by 100 lbs 7 year-olds suffering from 'roid rage. Not on my watch.

Amber doing what she does best

My daughter Amber eats and breathes track and field. This is only the beginning for her.

Meet your future leaders of America....

Ambernicole, Alexis, Alexander, and Olyvia. This picture is a few years old, but it's one of my favorites.
